Launch a coaching program for users to get guidance + make practical changes to their habits & lifestyles—without having to wait for an OBGYN appointment and get more personalized.

The world of coaching in fertility (and coaching in general) was a very crowded market, so we needed to differentiate Mira and position the brand to focus on what they do best—hormone health.

With the creative team, we designed the general look and feel of the service, aligned with our new branding.

The Hormone Health Clinic for Fertility was the best approach for launch of this product. Both competitive and loyal to the brand. Our fertility coaches were no longer called this, they are called Hormone Health Coaches.

Plus, this is an expandable name for future services: Hormone Health Clinic for Menopause, for PCOS, and others.

We worked on UX/IU forward storytelling and design on the page to ensure a great experience and clear-cut messaging.

The successful launch of this product led to a strong positioning of the brand and great response from the e-commerce side.

Expand the ecosystem of products with a product that would allow people who are trying to understand their fertility, much more.

Due to the nature of the product (at-home, blood sample), we wanted to soften the messaging playing off of the revolutionary Mira Analyzer. With Panorama, as the naming suggests, you would be getting an expanded view into your hormone health. + 5 personal reports that tell you everything you need to do .

The creative team helped design the packaging inspired by Mira’s brand, modern and intuitive.

Through UX/IU messaging and design, we made sure to tell this story and highlight the product’s strongest differentiators.

We ensure the users would get easy to understand information—unlike the lab:

Plus, ensured that they would also get a lot more out of their experience by tracking their hormones with the Mira Max Starter kit—Mira’s super star product.

Launch a product in a competitive space—the supplements industry.

Most PCOS supplements are made with the same ingredients—but the medical & science team and I worked extensively to bring out the most significant differentiator of the product. Its 40:1 ratio mainly, plus the story told on the website focused on the users pain points and needs.
